Purchases within 30 days

Products that are less than 50% used with original packing may be returned via Canada Post to receive a full refund back on the original payment method. We are unable to process refunds on payment methods not attached to the original order. Please allow 14 days for your refund to be processed. You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed. It may take longer for your funds to appear from your financial institution. Products that are more than 50% consumed will not be refunded.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will help you find the perfect match by adding store credit to your account. Products can be returned for FREE via Canada Post. Please allow up to 14 days for the store credit to be applied to your account. You will receive an email notification once the credit has been applied.
