Holiday Return Policy

All orders purchased between November 1st and December 24th are eligible for holiday returns through January 15th, 2026. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.

Return Eligibility
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your package.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, sealed and in their original packaging.
  • Items that cannot be returned include: final sale items, gift cards, and any items that have been opened or used.

Please note that any items sent back opened, unsealed or used will not be eligible for a refund and will be disposed of upon receipt.

Return FAQs

Return Process for Unopened Products

Returns for products from Dermshop must be requested within 14 days of delivery. For unopened products in resale condition, initiate a return within this timeframe with a valid receipt. The items should be in pristine condition, unopened, in original packaging, unused, and with intact seals.

In the case of product defects or allergic reactions, the item must be returned in its original condition, with all original packaging, accompanied by a valid receipt.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refund requests will be unavailable due to a change of mind or errors, such as accidental double error or selecting an incorrect product. Additionally, products and purchases not verifiable within our system are ineligible for a refund, exchange or credit.

To ensure fair practices, we closely monitor return activities. Excessive or potentially fraudulent return requests may result in the denial of future returns, with proper communication to our valued customers. 

*Please note that any items listed for final sale, as well as the purchase of gift cards, are non-refundable.

Subscription and Auto-Renew Orders

Dermshop provides a subscription service. By subscribing to our service, you agree to our Terms of Service. Your membership will automatically renew on a recurring basis, at which time your credit card will be charged for the subscription products, including any applicable shipping and handling fees, until you choose to cancel your membership. 

You can cancel your membership at any time by logging in to your Dermshop account, or if you haven’t set one up yet, access your subscription portal here: Manage Subscription. 

Email reminders will be sent 3 days before your auto-renew subscription is charged. To cancel your subscription, please submit your request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice before the next scheduled order. Please note, once an order has been processed, all sales are final.  

Allergic Reactions Protocol

Understanding that certain situations may arise, we encourage you to consult with our skincare experts in case of adverse reactions. Open and gently used products purchased within 14 days after delivery can be returned with a valid receipt for a full refund.

Should you experience an allergic reaction within the first 48 hours of product use, kindly report it to us. We reserve the right to request additional documentation, such as a doctor’s letter or photos, to verify that the reaction was caused by one of our products. A refund for the specific product causing the allergic reaction will be processed accordingly.  

Refund Process Overview

Upon receipt of your return, our dedicated staff meticulously inspects the item for suitability. You will receive an email notification upon the receipt of the product. Denied refund requests will be accompanied by a detailed explanation. Approved refunds may take approximately 2 weeks to process, and you will receive an email confirmation once the process is complete. Please note that your financial institution or credit card company may require additional time to reflect the transaction.  

A packing slip is not necessary if you use the prepaid return label. Please return items with the manufacturer’s product box and Dermshop packaging if available. In the absence of original packaging, utilize a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage during transit. Ship your return via Canada Post, and you will receive an email confirmation upon the receipt and processing of your return.
