All orders are currently shipped via UPS to avoid Canada Post service disruptions. As a result, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes at this time.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your package.
- Items must beĀ unused, unopened, sealed and inĀ their original packaging.
- Items that cannot be returned include: final sale items, gift cards, and any items that have been opened or used.
- Defective items can be exchanged if returned with original packaging. Photos may be requested.
Please note that any items sent back opened, unsealed or usedĀ willĀ not be eligible for a refundĀ and will be disposed of upon receipt.
We dispatch all orders within 1 business day.
Our business hours are Monday to Friday, fromĀ 08:30 AM to 4:30 PM MST, excluding weekends and holidays.Ā
- Orders submitted before 12:00 PM MST, Monday through Friday, will be dispatched the same day.
- Orders submitted after 12:00 PM MST on Friday, or over the weekend, will be dispatched on Monday.
Standard Shipping usually takes 2-3 business days within Alberta and 4-10 business days across Canada.
