What is your shipping policy?

As a proud Canadian company, we offer nation-wide shipping from our Canadian warehouse. No surprise customs or duties. 

  • FREE Standard Shipping on orders over CAD$150 (before taxes + discounts)
  • UPS Standard Shipping under CAD$150 - Flat rate of CAD$15

All orders are currently shipped via UPS to avoid Canada Post service disruptions. As a result, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes at this time.

*Please note: Once an order has been processed, we’re unable to make any changes or adjustments. Thank you for your understanding! 

How long does shipping normally take?

We dispatch all orders within 1 business day.

Our business hours are Monday to Friday, from 08:30 AM to 4:30 PM MST, excluding weekends and holidays. 

  • Orders submitted before 2:00 PM MST, Monday through Friday, will be dispatched the same day.
  • Orders submitted after 2:00 PM MST on Friday, or over the weekend, will be dispatched on Monday.

Standard Shipping usually takes 2-3 business days within Alberta and 4-10 business days across Canada.

*Please note: Due to high shipping volumes with Canada Post, some packages may be a bit delayed. For the most up-to-date information, please refer to your tracking number located on your order confirmation or Dermshop account.

My order says delivered but I can't locate my package

If your package is showing as delivered but you are unable to locate the parcel, please follow the below steps:

  1. Click on your tracking number and download the delivery confirmation. This will show exactly where the driver left the package. Some drivers try to hide packages to minimize the chance of theft.
  2. If you cannot locate the package, please contact Canada Post at 1 (866) 607-6301.
  3. Once Canada Post has been contacted, please email us so we can open a service ticket.
  4. If Canada Post confirms the parcel is lost, dermshop.ca will resend your package and continue investigating with Canada Post.
