Browse our collection of medical-grade skincare and select "Subscribe & Save 10%" on the product page or in the shopping cart.
Tell us how often you'd like us to ship out your skincare products. Choose auto-ship deliveries every 3 months, 6 months, 9 months or 1 year based on your skincare routine and preference. You can change your delivery frequency, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account.
That's it. We’ll handle the rest! We will always send you a reminder email 3 days before your next skincare order ships so you can make changes if needed prior to your order shipping out. You can also email us at info@dermshop.ca for assistance!

You can easily modify or update your skincare subscriptions by logging into your Dermshop account. If you have trouble accessing your subscription, click here to manage your orders.
*Please note: Skipping an order will adjust future billing dates based on the new order date. The next order will be scheduled according to your original subscription frequency. Please note that shipping fees may apply for orders under $150
Absolutely. You can pause, skip a delivery, or cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Dermshop account portal.
If you need us to cancel an order on your behalf, please submit your request one business day before the next scheduled order. Once processed, all sales are final.
We will send you an automatic email notification 3 days before your next skincare order is scheduled to process.
Yes! If you find you are using a skincare product faster (or slower) than expected, you can easily adjust your delivery interval in your account settings.
Yes! You can add or remove skincare products from your subscription order if you want to save on shipping or if you changed your mind. Just log into your account before your next processing date to update your order
If a payment fails, you’ll receive an email notification on the scheduled order date. Our system will automatically retry the payment up to 5 times, with two (2) days between each attempt. If all attempts fail, the subscription will automatically be canceled.
If a particular skincare product in your subscription is out of stock, your delivery will be paused until the item is available again.
