Our Return Policy:

We offer a hassle-free 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item. Allergic reactions reported within 48 hours can also be addressed.

Subscription orders renew automatically, with your credit card charged for the subscription and any applicable shipping fees. You’ll receive an email reminder 3 days before each renewal. To cancel, please submit your request with a minimum 24 hours' notice before the next scheduled order. Once an order is processed, all sales are final.

Defective items can be exchanged if returned with original packaging. Photos may be requested for defective items or allergic reactions. Please note, final sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

For a return to be accepted, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you of its status. If approved, you'll receive an automatic refund to your original payment method. Keep in mind, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
