This was prescripted by my dermatologist for Rosacea, althought has worked only slightly for this, the best use was my under eye dark circles! These are played me all my life, and this is about the only thing that I found that actually helped with the condition. Therefore I would recommend it highly for under eye dark circles, moderately so for Rosacea.
